Investor Auction Coming up in North Carolina

We have a bit of a unique auction coming up for investors. It is an online auction of 72 condo units in North Carolina....but they are being sold in Three 24-unit blocks and must be sold to seperate entities. So for instance if you had at least 3 different corporate entities and wanted to buy all 3 blocks, that would work. Units have an 86% occupancy rate, There are a total of 9 buildings containing 252 units. We are auctioning 72. Starting bids are $46,500 per units which works out to be $45.64 psf.
