Is it possible that there will be a housing shortage in the next 18 months??? I believe so for the following reasons;
1. It takes 12-18 months to move a piece of dirt from purchase to development stage
2. Births-Record birth rates
3. Families that had doubled up will start moving out on their own.

We have a bit of a unique auction coming up for investors. It is an online auction of 72 condo units in North Carolina....but they are being sold in Three 24-unit blocks and must be sold to seperate entities. So for instance if you had at least 3 different corporate entities and wanted to buy all 3 blocks, that would work.
