I would like to know if Realtor's selling investment properties are aware of the tax in the Health Care bill that takes effect in 2013. It even effects residential sales over $200,000. I think they believe all Realtor's make $30,000. a year? Second homes are not excluded, as investment property. Let me know your thoughts on this issue.
