- I have over 25 years of Real Estate Experience, holding a Missouri Real Estate Broker Officer license since 1994, performing various tasks in the field of Real Estate ranging from sales, leasing, marketing, construction management, home building, subdivision zoning, apartments and single family residential properties.
Currently I am President and founder of Cardinal Realty a full service commercial real estate company. Cardinal Realty Group is a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors.
I am a member and past President and Business Person of the year of the Webster Groves Area Chamber of Commerce. I am also a member of the Affton and Maryland Heights Chamber of Commerce. I am a member of the Leadership Circle of the St. Louis RCGA and a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, CCIM division and a former board member of the St. Louis CCIM association and committee person for the national CCIM chapter. I was a board member of the Webster Groves Economic Development Task Force and the Webster Groves Economic Development Commission. I have a Master’s degree from Webster University with an emphasis in Real Estate Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Drury University in Business administration and economics.

Housing Shortage
Is it possible that there will be a housing shortage in the next 18 months??? I believe so for the following reasons;
1. It takes 12-18 months to move a piece of dirt from purchase to development stage
2. Births-Record birth rates
3. Families that had doubled up will start moving out on their own.
4. Strinking housing supply from natural sources
5. Unavailablity of building material due to the loss of suppliers, ie lumber yards, plumbing supply and various building manufactures
6. Imigration is… Continue
