Thanks Betty...you are so right the market is still down in Fiddler's Creek...But it is beautiful!
Have you tried renting it? I bet it might be easier to rent then sell and it would help with some of your expenses. Maybe you can retire and move…

Do your have a client that has a hard to sell situation? Apply the formula to their property. They could have all their cash +PLUS within 60 days. Give me one of your properties to look at and I will generate an offer to present. TOM
Ginny: I am glad to be your new contact. If I ever can be of any assistance in Pinal County, Casa Grande, AZ let me know. My pet project now is raising Operating Capital for a client. Go to www.recyber.com/member/tkilker. Click on Commercial Properties and then the package number. Let me know if you have any question. It is an excellent way to cash out properties in today’s market. Look forward to hearing from you. TOM
Thanks for inviting me. We are doing fairly well here on Cape Cod so if you have any customers headed this way let me know. I will put my listings up on your site. Thanks again.
We would like to rent it out but don't know which is better , I think seasonally would be better as it shows like a model

It was a dream come true when we finally saw it finished a year later but we do love it and would hate to give it up ,but with the prices decliining so bad, we aren't sure what we will do. We are going to try and hang on... so far so good
