Have you tried renting it? I bet it might be easier to rent then sell and it would help with some of your expenses. Maybe you can retire and move…

It was a dream come true when we finally saw it finished a year later but we do love it and would hate to give it up ,but with the prices decliining so bad, we aren't sure what we will do. We are going to try and hang on... so far so good
