Great Article out of London concerning Commercial Real Estate

This is a great article from the "Sunday Telegraph" September 27, 2009 interview with Peter Hargreaves from Hargreaves Lansdown, one of Britain's leading financial firms, basically he is saying that commercial real estate is the place to invest in NOW because the commercial real estate prices are low, the returns NOI are high 9% or better and interest rates and inflation is low. But, it all depends on the quality/strenght of the tenant.
